1. Complete the tutorial exercise in Chapter 10 of Inside ArcView GIS on “Spatial Analysis”.

2. Use Chiang Mai soil group and land use layers for the following spatial analyses.

1. Select land use types that are on slope 0-2% and soil group 16.
2. Select the land that are used for growing rice-soybean and are completely within the soils that have phosphorus content less than 5 ppm.

Describe the procedure that you used to accomplish the task and submit the

results as maps.
