Social Context of Agricultural systems Development and Management

 

 

 

 

 

Description: Studies and examples selectd from agricultural development situations will be used to illustrate concepts and results of applied social and management science. The relevance of traditional social organizations, local belief systems, the importance of local knowledge and information systems and the institutional aspects of implementing agencies. Methods and techniques for determining local pattern of social organization, local beliefs and organizational management systems.
