Course objectives:


Course Description: The constraints of crop production on small farms in Southeast Asia with particular reference to Thailand will be discussed under the high and low input systems. These include environment and management factors such as genotype, soil fertility, weeds and pests. Technical strategies of alleviating these constraints will be examined and research needs identified
